Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow for returns. However, under certain specific circumstances (significant damage to the item documented within 3 days of its delivery), we do allow for refunds.

To initiate a refund, you can contact us at info@beirieroots.com. If your refund is accepted, we’ll initiate a refund through our payment processor. Please dispose of any items for which refunds are approved, rather than attempting to return them. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, exchanges are not accepted. 

Refunds

Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. All approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
